TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS
A key witness in the Biden crime family business, Devon Archer, was sent a threatening letter on Saturday prior to Monday when he is supposed to testify. This is because the DOJ, Department of Injustice, by way of the Southern District of New York, asked a judge on a Saturday to arrest him on an unrelated charge. He wouldn’t be arrested before giving his testimony but there was a message in there. The timing gave them away.
It looks like a threat to silence Mr. Archer (Shut up or you’re going down?).
Archer is expected to reveal that Hunter put his then-vice president’s father on the phone with business associates at least two dozen times. This contradicts President Biden’s claim that he never spoke with Hunter Biden about any business deals.
Coincidentally, Hunter Biden’s plea deal for absolute immunity fell apart, and the next day, Jack Smith added new charges to Donald Trump’s federal charges. At the risk of sounding conspiratorial, does this sound a little too coincidental?
The DOJ isn’t just protecting the Bidens. They’re protecting themselves and the Democrats.
Maria spoke with James Colmer this morning to go over this breaking news from the Soviet Deep State. He is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
BARTIROMO: I have in my hand a letter from the Department of Justice that was sent to the Southern District of New York on Saturday. By the way, Devin Archer is testifying on Monday. Do you ever see, you usually see the DOJ send letters like this out on a Saturday?
COLMER: Never, never – this is the first time I’ve ever heard of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.
Maria Bartiromo asked Colmer to walk them through it.
COLMER: The government is apprising the court of the status of Devon Archer’s appeal of his judgment of conviction. And they request that the court set a surrender date for the defendant to report to a facility…
The letter from the Department of Justice is trying to nudge the judge to go ahead and sentence Devin Archer for something unrelated to what we’re going to be talking to him about tomorrow. It’s odd that it was issued on a Saturday. And it’s odd that it’s right before he’s scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people the truth about what really went on with Burisma.
He cautiously added that he didn’t know if this is a coincidence or another example of the weaponization of the Department of Justice.
COLMER: But I can tell you this. The lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let us have access to those suspicious activity reports.
It’s very troubling and I believe that you know this is another violation of the law. This is obstruction of justice, but nevertheless, we’re going to continue to move forward and try to present the American people with the facts and the truth about this president and his family…

The Bidens are corrupt. Representative Nancy Mace told Maria Bartiromo, a Fox News host, that the Biden family – including Joe – may have taken in more than 50 million dollars from foreign nationals while Joe was a sitting vice president and beyond. They also have perhaps hundreds of SARS against them. [What is really shocking is how brazen and desperate they are.]
The count is now over 200 SARs. That is blatant criminal activity. (The Clintons had the grace to hide most of their financial crimes in their foundation.) A main implication of this is that several federal agencies knew of this since they are issued the SARs. So, of course, Holder, Lynch, Sessions and Barr knew of this. So did all the Treasury, State and Commerce departments. But of course there is no congressional committee which will go after our corrupt agencies. (The effort now in congress is to build up public opinion to get Biden to quit, not to fix DC. They want to eject the very embarrassing Biden and keep the corruption as usual.) The Bidens are not brilliant, their activities are easily detected.
A draw the line of when Sessions recused himself from a non-investigation for an invalid reason, then turned over the DOJ to crooks to frame Trump, as the point of no return for justice in America. 2 years later Barr alone dropped rock solid charges against Comey and McCabe. Now we have open retaliatory action, while the corrupt McCarthy crew make noise only.
OAN ran part 4 of the Biden-Ukraine corruption scandal, their investigations far exceed anything Faux ever did. That small network with that small staff outproduces ever network that has ever been in the business. Billions in aid money to Ukraine were flowing all over the place in a laundered fashion.
Might as well write the headline now…”Devon Archer commits suicide in prison”….

Allow me to make a friendly reminder, the Clinton Crime Family sold US Uranium to Russia! They’re as guilty as the Biden Crime Family!
Is there anyone with a grain of sense who does not now understand we are in the grip of an organized crime syndicate? The fraud, the corruption, the treason has become so brazen that the perps must be completely confident they will retain power after the 2024 elections; meaning they have the election already in the bag. Trump could get 80% of the real vote in 2024 and still not be elected. They control all of the swing states, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, have RINOS in Georgia and other states. They are certain of remaining in power during which they will extend their tyranny. If we are to ever remove this organized criminal syndicate that masquerades as the Democratic Party and its herd of RINOS we will have to come to the conclusion it will only be through the exercise of our Second Amendment rights and do it before they are removed, canceled, and no longer available. SCOTUS will be their target and you can expect they will do the same as they did tol Scalia in order to place the demon Garland on the Court. They did not succeed, but will try again until they do. Then, there will be no checks on their tyranny. You either go to the barricades today or to their gulag and graveyard tomorrow. There is no other choice.
It is a major global criminal operation. They seized power and now have a near lock on it.
Biden and son received tens of Millions of dollars from foreign nations, multiple banks emitted over 200 Suspicious activity reports, they have 20 shell companies, etc etc
People that crooked would never rig a presidential election…right ?
