Donald Trump will not attend the first GOP debate on Fox News, which should not surprise anyone. Instead, he plans to do a sit-down interview with Tucker Carlson.
Trump’s poll numbers in the primary exceed everyone running, and he sees no value in showing up for the debate. He probably sees no value in showing up for Fox News either.

Fox News won’t be happy. The ratings will likely go to Tucker, the host they fired.

Reagan didn’t do it, and neither did others. People know my Record, one of the BEST EVER, so why would I Debate? I’M YOUR MAN,” Trump said.

A debate would be a waste of time for Trump. You can pick any Trump rally and see, hear and know what Trump is all about and what he has to offer for America. There is not one question Martha and Bret could come up with that Trump hasn’t already answered over and over. TRUMP 2024
Trump has been out there for months telling us what he’s going to do when he gets back to DC. Why debate? My minds made up, as well as others out there in America. It’s Trump or nothing. Bring it on……
Look at those 4 chief RINOs, all under 5%. That shows us where the party base is versus the corrupt party “leadership”. The party has had a hostile takeover the past 15 years. Many have figured it out by now.
The RINO Channel will lose lots of advertising revenue due to Trump skipping the 2 Faux primary debates. Tucker may get 150 million views, to about 2 million for Faux.
Bret and Martha are awful hosts, with little insight, steadfastly loyal to the Faux News junk RINO uniparty narrative, who will ask awful questions. My hunch is that they will try to make Trump the issue, with questions about who won in 2020. Vivek will outdo them all due to his quick mind. He talks free style, the others are inhibited. I wonder what crowd will be there, Faux has to be careful with the crowd and questions, otherwise there will be cheers for Trump and jeers at the 4 RINOs. That may be the big story, how Faux manages to avoid further embarrassment for the 4 base-rejected RINOs.
Amidst all the hurt and back-stabbing, I hope Trump does the right thing. He should schedule right after the debate and explain that American deserve to hear all the candidates. Be a wise elder statesman, and then show them the real reasons why they should vote for him. Be the one ready to pull the various elements of the party together. He will need all the legitimate votes he can get!!!
